Club Nintendo discontinues program

Club Nintendo Reward Program will be closing down in July 2015 according to official Club Nintendo website. Nintendo sincerely appreciates customers’ unflinching support and loyalty over the years as it has been six years now since Club Nintendo was launched in Northern America. They are grateful to all customers for their feedbacks of Nintendo’s products. Now, Club Nintendo wish to announce a discontinuation with program in order to focus on planning a new customer loyalty program. Details of the new program will be shared at a later date. Please find below the schedule for program discontinuation.

July 1, 2015 will see the deletion of all coins when accounts are completely closed. It has therefore piqued our interest to give our members a good treat by adding on dozens of games that can be downloaded and limited exclusive rewards to the rewards catalog in February. In addition to all these we still wish to express our gratitude to all club Nintendo members by giving them a token in the form of a free downloadable code for Flipnote Studio 3D in February. 1/20/2015

This marks the last due date for registering with Club Nintendo

3/31/2015

This is set to mark the last day for registration of new members and earning of new coins.

6/30/2015

At 11.59pm on this date, the Club Nintendo Program completely shuts down. Thus members are entreated to redeem all remaining coins so as not to lose them to the closure.

The Elite Status of 2015

Earn 300 coins (Gold status) or 600 coins (Platinum status) to achieve the elite status from 1st July, 2014 to 31st March, 2015. Attaining the elite status will give you the free access to download a lot of games from Nintendo 3Ds and Wii U titles. Once it is announced, the gifts will be posted here and will be available to customers between 1st and 30th April of 2015.
