The cabin takes a 3-3-3 layout. It also has headrests with adjustable wings. The seats in economy class measure 43 centimetres wide and passengers enjoy a 84 centimetre leg room. Each passenger is allowed 30 kilograms of check-in luggage, in addition to an eight kilogram carry on baggage and a laptop or handbag.

The dreamliner aircraft has larger windows and has an adjustable tint in response to the light streaming into the cabin. Passengers are able to enjoy the airlines’ inflight entertainment system on a 26.5 centimetre touch screen. However, the range of English programs are limited as most of the programs are in Hindi.

Passengers are also able to enjoy meals onboard the flight and are offered a choice from three variations on Air India’s economy class.
