Thailand declares government holiday on the death of King and the Stock Exchange will operates normal

On Friday, a cabinet spokeswoman told to media, Thailand’s cabinet announced a holiday for mourning King Bhumibol Adulyadej died on Thursday.

While, The Stock Exchange of Thailand declare that it and other financial institutions will remain operating as normal and it will opens at 10 a.m.

Bhumibol Adulyadej was a longes ruling king, died in the hospital in the age of 88 on Thursday. Palace had announced but didn’t give any reason for death.

Bhumibol was suffered from numerous illnesses like kidney and lung problems but he was highly respected. Last week doctors performed a hemodialysis to purify his blood and replaced a tub e cause excess cerebrospinal fluid. There is also great anxiety about the ultimate succession plan.

King Bhumibol Adulyadej was Thailand’s only one king who moves faster from traditional agrarian society to a modern, as myriad governments rose and fell and industrializing nation.
