LG V20’s Price Dropped In U.S.

The South Korean electronics company LG launched its LG V20 back in October 2016. At the time of the launch, the smartphone was available for $770. But now the price of the smartphone has dropped down. T-mobiles is selling the smartphone at much lower rate. Before we get to the actual price, let us have a look at the spec of the smartphone.

The new LG V20 has 5.7-inch of IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a pixel ratio of 1440 x 2560. It also has a pixel density of 513 ppi and a 72.4% of screen to body ratio. The device is fueled by a Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 processor and has a GPU of Adreno 530. The smartphone currently runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Speaking of the memory, the handset offers 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB/64 GB of internal memory for storage. This internal storage memory can be further expanded to 256 GB via external MicroSD card.

Moving towards the imaging duties, the new LG V20 has 16 MP + 8 MP of dual rear cameras with dual LED flash as well as f/1.8 aperture, OIS, and laser autofocus. It also offers 5 MP of front camera with f/1.9 aperture for capturing selfies. The device runs on a 3,200 mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, the handset offers VoLTE, 4G, Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS, and Bluetooth. The device will be available in titan, silver, and pink color variants.

Last but not the least; let us discuss about the price factor. The new LG V20 is priced for $770.

But, the T-mobiles are selling the smartphone at a lower price of $480. No specific reason is yet known behind the drop in the price of the smartphone. Never mind!!! As far as the smartphone’s price is down, it is beneficial for the users as well as company.
